The right of withdrawal

1.1 the Customer has The right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by registered letter a/r to the address, Fair Fashion Srl - Via Stalingrado 71/5b, 40128 Bologna
1.2 The communication can be sent, within the same term, by telegram, e-mail (to the address ordini@ilturbante.it on the condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours later.
1.3 The communication referred to in the previous point will have to specify clearly and unambiguously the intention to withdraw from the purchase of the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt/tax invoice.
1.4 The Customer must then return at their own expense the product at the Fair Fashion Srl, at the address Fair Fashion Srl - Via Stalingrado 71/5b, 40128 Bologna, italy. The goods must be returned intact, in original packaging, complete in all its parts, and tax documentation.
1.5 without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Fair Fashion Srl will refund the amount of the products object of the recess in the shortest possible time from the receipt of the same. Fair Fashion Srl reserves the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged.
1.6 If the recipient of the products indicated in the Order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned articles will be refunded by the Fair Fashion Srl who made the payment.
1.7 In the event of withdrawal, the Fair Fashion Srl is not responsible for transportation costs for the return shipment or for any loss or damage to products attributable to third parties.
1.8 In any case is not allowed the return of the product in a place different from that indicated in the GCS.
